Gold lower but stay above previous day low

Gold closed higher on Monday after the increase of tension caused by North Korea nuclear test. The precious metal is currently challenging previous major extreme high and shows initial rejection. There is no conclusion yet, will gold continue higher above $1,337 or make correction toward $1,300?

Today critical level to watch:

Support: $1,300, $1,280, $1,258, $1,250, $1,244

Resistance: $1337

Silver thread higher, to test $17.73

Silver cleared $17.73 resistance with a close above it in the Monday trading session. The bull is in control, and the price looks will test the broken resistance today. Traders could look for long position when the test result in a bounce.

Today critical level to watch:

Support: $17.73, $17.50, $17.00, $16.80

Resistance: $18.00, $18.50

Crude oil look to test $48.00 – $48.50

Although crude oil prices broke below $46.50 – $47.00 in the previous week, it looks like the bull seize control from the bear this week. The bullish candlestick has not confirmed yet even though the price break above its high today. If the price closed above the bullish candlestick, it might continue to test $48.00 – $48.50.

Support: $47.31, $47.00, $46.50, $45.30, $45.00

Resistance: $48.00, $48.50
