March kickoff with bullish view
U.S stock futures up sharply to start the March in bullish view. The market is optimistic The Fed will increase interest rate early in March. Speech by President Trump was also affirming the mega $1 trillion infrastructure investment which is good for shares of companies which related to the sector. The President also mention tax charge toward foreign product entering America.
U.S dollar mostly higher across the board and looks will continue its bullish trend as other major currencies falter.
Technical Analysis
Dow Jones Industrial Averages (INDU)
The index closed negative Yesterday, but today Dow Jones Industrial Averages futures up 88 points which indicate a moderately higher open. 21,000 handle is not far and should be reached by the index soon.
Lowe’s (LOW)
LOW retake its daily SMA 200 and stay above it. The price is currently testing the broken averages, if it could maintain the position above its averages, it will continue upside.
Tesla Inc (TSLA)
After prolong series of bullish closes, TSLA shares decide to correct and moving down from $287.39 to $242.11 where daily SMA 50 present. The price bounce from its averages and looks ready to continue the uptrend. Traders could take a long position when the price break above two days range.
Other Watchlist
SLB – the price stick near its daily SMA 200, might bounce up from the averages.
GG – correction brought the price back to its broken daily SMA 200. look for bullish setup to take a long position.
