Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter of 2025 was $50.7 million, a decrease of 5.7% from the year-ago comparable period. Adjusted EBITDA margin was 33.6% consistent with the comparable year-ago period.

ETWO in the first quarter of FY 25 has reported the adjusted earnings per share of 4 cents, missing the analysts’ estimates for the adjusted earnings per share of 5 cents, according to the Zacks Consensus Estimate. The company had reported the adjusted revenue decline of 5.6 percent to $151.16 million in the first quarter of FY 25, missing the analysts’ estimates for revenue by 2.78%.
