EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY printed a bearish close near the 140.50 support level before the U.S. job data today. The pair currently stick near the support level and will wait for the reaction after the news release. If the pair continue the bearish movement then traders will expect a bearish continuation to print a new lower low. On the other hand, if the pair breakout higher then we might see bullish attempt next week.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 140.50, 137.40, 135.00

Resistance: 145.00, 148.50, 151.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP closed higher near the 0.8900 resistance level. The pair might keep moving upward to target the 0.9000 resistance level next. If the pair start moving lower then 0.8750 is the support level to watch. Traders will wait for a reaction near the 0.9000 resistance level. If the pair could print a bullish close above it then we might see further upward movement to target 0.9300.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8750, 0.8700, 0.8600, 0.8580

Resistance: 0.8900, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY extended the bearish movement below the 160.00 support level. The pair will attempt to print a new lower low to confirm a bearish continuation to target 150.00. Under the current situation, it is better to keep holding short positions with stop above 160.00. A new lower low is a bearish confirmation and traders better avoid entering long positions.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 156.58, 153.50

Resistance: 161.00, 164.00, 168.50, 170.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF closed below the 1.1200 support level. The pair is under threat of further weakness below the level. If the pair print a new lower low then traders better close all long positions while waiting for a bullish bounce to enter short positions. If the pair could reverse the bearish pressure and return above 1.1200 then there is a chance of upward movement to target 1.1530 – 1.1600 area.

Support: 1.1200, 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
