Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | February 08, 2022

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY stage rally and managed to print a higher swing high. The pair is trading at the 131.50 – 132.00 area and looking for a breakout above it. We think the trend will continue bullish and traders could use each bearish correction as a chance to enter long positions.

On the long-term outlook, as long as 128.00 and 127.00 hold out against bearish pressure then the trend will continue bullish.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 130.00, 128.00, 127.00

Resistance: 131.50, 132.00, 133.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP managed to breakout above the trendline but it is currently under bearish pressure and returns below it. The pair might continue lower and test the 0.8400 support level. If the support level holds out and bounce happens then we will have a higher low printed. A strong bullish reaction toward 0.8500 will confirm a major reversal in the pair long-term trend.

today critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8500

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY stick near the 156.58 resistance level and attempt to continue building bullish pressure. No breakout above the resistance level yet and no major bearish reaction. The pair needs to break out and form a higher swing high to continue its bullish trend. On the lower side, as long as the pair stay above 153.50 there is no reason to become bearish yet.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 153.50, 150.00, 149.20

Resistance: 156.58, 160.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF stick near the 1.2500 resistance level. There was a bearish reaction yesterday but the pair continue to maintain the close near 1.2500. At the current time, the pair is building bullish pressure and will attempt to extend the current bullish leg. If the pair could print a higher swing high then the bullish trend is set to continue.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.2300, 1.2000

Resistance: 1.2500, 1.2600, 1.2700
