Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | February 23, 2022

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY bounced from the bottom of the orange box area and currently attempting to move higher. The pair trading inside the boxes area needs a close above the blue box area to confirm further upside toward the 131.50 – 132.00 area. A lower high has been printed and the pair need a higher high above 133.09 to confirm the current bullish trend.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 130.00

Resistance: 131.50, 132.00, 133.50, 135.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP bounce from 0.8325 with strong bullish momentum. However, the pair failed to maintain the bullish pressure and relinquished most of its gain. At the end of the day, the pair closed not far from the opening level and the 0.8325 level. On the upside, the pair needs to break out and close above the trendline to change the current trend.

On the lower side, a new lower low will confirm a long-term bearish continuation.

today critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8400, 0.8500, 0.8580, 0.8600

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY building bullish pressure but no breakout above the 156.58 resistance level yet. The pair might continue to stick near the 156.58 resistance level for now and attempt to break out above it. The same as yesterday’s analysis, as long as the pair stays above 153.50, the trend will continue to be bullish.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 153.50, 150.00, 149.20

Resistance: 156.58, 160.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF broke and close below 1.2500 two days ago. However, the bearish pressure did not last long as the price immediately return above the level yesterday. At the current time, the pair is moving upward and will test yesterday’s high. We think the pair could continue the bullish movement but the consolidation near 1.2500 has no conclusion yet for now.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.2500, 1.2300, 1.2000

Resistance: 1.2600, 1.2700
