Forex Technical Cross Pairs analysis February 27, 2020

EUR/JPY

The bull has not given up yet on EUR/JPY, we have a bounce from the 120.00 – 120.30 area and currently the pair moving with ample bullish momentum. If the bullish movement continues then EUR/JPY expected to reach the top of channel or 121.50 resistance.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 120.30, 120.00, 119.20

Resistance: 121.50

EUR/GBP

A breakout and close above 0.8325 – 0.8400 area happened yesterday. The bull does not let this chance turn to waste and push EUR/GBP further higher today. At the current rate, it seems the trend could change from bearish to bullish and traders will wait for a retracement before entering long positions.

Support: 0.8500, 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8600

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY falls below 142.50 today and looks will continue its bearish movement. We think the current bearish movement could reach the bottom of the range but GBP/JPY may bounce back toward 142.50. Without any breakout of the range, traders should wait sideline or apply ranging strategies.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 141.00, 140.00

Resistance: 142.50, 144.33, 145.00

GBP/CHF

The bear breaks loose in GBP/CHF and printed a lower low on the daily chart. The pair has a confirmed breakout but needs a daily close confirmation for traders to continue to hold short positions. If the pair closed above 1.2500 by the end of the day then GBP/CHF might bounce and continue moving inside 1.2500 – 1.2700.

Support: 1.2300

Resistance: 1.2500, 1.2700, 1.2900, 1.3000
