Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | February 28, 2023

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY continues the bullish movement without any major change to the situation after the bounce from the 142.75 level. The pair now will target the 148.50 – 151.50 resistance level and attempt to print a new higher high. Traders who have entered long positions will continue to hold the positions now. Meanwhile, if the pair fails to print a new higher high then the trend could turn bearish again at 142.75 as the first bearish target.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 140.50, 137.40, 135.00

Resistance: 142.75, 145.00, 148.50, 151.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP made a bearish close after three bullish closes. The pair erased all of the bullish gains today and print a new low below last week’s low. A test on the 0.8750 support level soon will happen. At the current time, traders will wait for reactions near the support level. A strong bounce from the level could become confirmation to enter long positions.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8750, 0.8700, 0.8600, 0.8580

Resistance: 0.8900, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY extends the bullish movement above the green box area. The pair are now set to continue upward and print a new higher high. Under the current situation, the pair could continue the bullish movement and traders better avoid short positions until the pair print a new lower low.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 164.00, 161.00, 156.58, 153.50

Resistance: 168.50, 170.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF is on the path upward, further away from the 1.1200 support level. We could see a bearish trendline near the current level and traders will observe the pair reactions near the trendline. If the pair could breakout above the trendline then 1.1530 – 1.160 is the area to watch as target.

Support: 1.1200, 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
