EUR/JPY moved upward and closed near the 140.50 level. The pair might continue its upward movement to target the trendline. However, it seems the 140.50 level limits the pair from moving further upside. Traders will continue to observe the pair reaction at the 140.50 level. If the pair form major bearish reactions then traders could enter short positions.

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP bearish corrections stopped today before it could reach the 0.8750 support level. The pair currently moving upward and has recovered all of the losses incurred this week. If there is no change to the direction then the pair could continue moving upward to target 0.8900 and 0.9000 resistance levels. We think it is better to avoid short positions as the pair continue printing new higher high and higher low.

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY made a bullish close near the 160.00 level yesterday. The pair has strong bullish momentum but no higher high printed yet. It seems the pair experience a bearish reaction from the 160.00 level today and start moving lower again. If the pair gain more bearish pressure and print a new lower low then traders will expect continuation toward the 150.00 support level.

Resistance: 161.00, 164.00, 168.50, 170.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF continues stick near the 1.1200 level without more clue on the next direction. However, there is a bearish movement in today’s trading session which could confirm a bearish continuation. Traders might want to wait until the close of the week before deciding on where the pair will move next. If the pair print a new lower low and more bearish close then the bearish movement will continue. On the other hand, a close above 1.1200 could become a confirmation of a bullish movement.
