Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | January 25, 2022

EUR/JPY

The bearish movement of EUR/JPY continues below the orange box area. The pair is set to target 128.00 and 127.00 support levels. Traders will use both support levels to determine if a bounce will happen. Long positions could be considered when there is a major bullish reaction from the support levels.

Support: 128.00, 127.00

Resistance: 130.00, 131.50, 132.00, 133.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP bounced and managed to reach the 0.8400 resistance level. The pair has moderate upward momentum but no bullish continuation. The pair get rejected instead and are currently under bearish pressure. We think the pair has a chance to retest the 0.8400 and continue the upward movement toward the trendline. When the upward pressure recede, traders could enter short positions.

today critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8400, 0.8500

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY reached the 153.50 support level and held out near the level. It seems traders will wait for tomorrow the Fed interest-rate announcement to determine the pair’s next direction. If the pair could bounce with strong bullish momentum then it is set to target the 156.58 resistance level again.

Today Critical level to watch:

Resistance: 156.58, 160.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF tested the 1.2300 support level and show a bullish reaction today. The pair moves upward with moderate bullish momentum. It is not a conclusion yet whether the pair could continue moving upward or not. If the pair start moving lower again and close below 1.2300 then traders will expect a bearish trend to continue.

We think the pair has a chance to reverse the long-term bearish trend and enter a bullish trend if the 1.2300 support level holds out.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.2300, 1.2000

Resistance: 1.2500, 1.2600, 1.2700
