EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY turned lower but the bearish pressure subsided and the pair started moving upward again. It might retest the trendline and attempt to print a new higher high. No major confirmation yet on the pair’s next direction. If the pair starts moving lower then it needs to close below 154.00 to confirm the continuation of a bearish trend.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 155.00, 154.00, 151.50, 148.50

Resistance: 160.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP closed lower and printed a new lower low yesterday. The trend is bearish and no change to the situation yet. If the pair starts moving upward again the 0.8580 – 0.8600 area is the place traders could wait for bearish reactions. When there is bearish reactions, traders could add short positions with a stop above 0.8600 or the top trendline.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580, 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY mostly sideways this week near the high. No clue yet on the pair’s next direction, it could either breakout and move upward or start moving lower again. On the lower side, the pair needs to close below 178.50 to confirm the continuation of a bearish trend. Traders will stay sidelined for now and wait for the formation of a higher high or higher low.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 182.45, 178.50

Resistance: 184.00, 186.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF closed above the 1.1000 level yesterday but experienced another bearish pressure below it today. The pair seems will continue consolidating near the 1.1000 level for now. When the pair moves lower with strong bearish momentum then it will confirm the continuation of a bearish trend. On the upside, a new higher high or a close above 1.1200 will become the bullish confirmation.

Support: 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1060, 1.1100, 1.1200, 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
