Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | July 18, 2025

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY resume the bullish movement and slowly climbing. Nothing changed yet as the pair slowly moving upward, and it might reach the 175.374 target. If the pair started a bearish correction, then 170.00 will become the potential strong support level. Traders will wait for bearish correction to enter long positions.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 170.00, 166.50, 165.00, 163.00

Resistance: 173.00, 175.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP turned higher again today but stay inside previous day’s range. The pair is on the path upward to retest 0.8700 – 0.8750 area. A breakout and close above the area will bring the pair further upside to target 0.8920. On the lower side, a close below 0.8580 might cancel the bullish outlook as it print a new lower swing low.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580, 0.8530, 0.8500, 0.8430, 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY made a bullish attempt and manage to print a higher high on the chart. The pair continue trying to break out above the 200.00 level. As there is no strong bullish breakout yet, the pair might continue consolidating inside the 198.00 – 200.00 area for now. Under the current situation, traders could continue to accumulate long positions with stop order below 195.33 or the trend line.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 195.00, 193.50, 190.00, 188.00

Resistance: 198.00, 200.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF retest on the 1.0800 produce a bearish reaction and the pair looks will continue the bearish trend. Next week might be the confirmation of bearish continuation in the pair. At the current time, traders could place stop order above 1.0800 or above 1.08929. As the pair continue printing new lower swing low and lower swing high, there is no reason to turn bullish yet.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.0600, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.0800, 1.1000, 1.1200
