Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | July 21, 2022

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY made a bullish attempt today and managed to climb above the previous day’s high. However, the pair lose bullish pressure and currently trades back below the opening level. We might see the pair stick near the 140.50 level and traders will wait for further reaction. Will the pair continue the bullish movement? Alternatively, will it trade lower and continue the consolidation between 137.40 – 140.50?

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 140.50, 137.40, 135.00, 134.50

Resistance: 145.00, 148.50, 151.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP launched upward and tested the 0.8580 – 0.8600 level today. The pair then lost the bullish pressure and start moving lower. It relinquishes most of the gain and trades back below yesterdaý’s high. If the pair continues moving lower tomorrow and closes below 0.8500 then there is a chance of bearish continuation.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8500, 0.8400

Resistance: 0.8580, 0.8600, 0.8700

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY start a bearish movement after trading upward above 164.00. Traders will monitor the pair reaction near the 164.00 level. If the pair could produce a strong bullish reaction near the level then traders could consider adding more long positions. No higher swing high or lower swing low is printed on the chart which means the trend is sideways for now.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 164.00, 161.00

Resistance: 165.00, 170.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF made a bearish attempt below the 1.1600 support level today. Despite the bearish attempt, the pair manage to recover near the 1.1600 level and might close near it. No clean breakout yet below the level which means the pair might continue the consolidation near the level.

Traders will continue to monitor the pair movement near the level for now.

Support: 1.1600

Resistance: 1.1750, 1.2000, 1.2125
