EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY constantly higher though slow, but there is no change to the outlook yet. The pair might continue the bullish movement and reach 175.374 level. If a bearish correction happens, then the 170.00 level and the trend line will become the place to look for long positions. As the trend is bullish, it is better to avoid shorting the pair as it might continue upward slowly.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 170.00, 166.50, 165.00, 163.00

Resistance: 173.00, 175.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP bearish rejection from the level near 0.8700 did not last long. The pair made a bullish close and looks will resume the upward movement. We expect the pair to continue testing 0.8700 – 0.8750 area and breakout above it. On the lower side, the 0.8580 – 0.8600 area will become the support level to watch.

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580, 0.8530, 0.8500, 0.8430, 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY is currently trading between 198.00 – 200.00 area. The pair low gets higher, while the high stay at 200.00. If there is no change to the situation, then we will see a bullish breakout above 200.00 soon. The question is, will it turn into a false break and bring the pair lower to retest 198.00 also trend line again? Alternatively, will it just breakout smoothly with strong momentum and continue the bullish trend?

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 195.00, 193.50, 190.00, 188.00

Resistance: 198.00, 200.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF has formed a bearish reaction when retesting the 1.0800 level. The pair is set to continue the bearish trend to target the previous swing low and the 1.04475 level. If there is no intervention, we might see a new lower swing low soon. However, if intervention happen, the pair might form a double bottom pattern, then reversed the trend.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.0600, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.0800, 1.1000, 1.1200
