Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | July 31, 2025

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY pushed lower to the 170.00 level and show strong bullish bounce from the level. As we mentioned before, it is either 170.00 or the trend line for bounce. As the pair has made a strong bullish bounce, it will continue the upward movement to target the 175.374 level. However, if the pair erased all the gain tomorrow, then it will resume the downward movement toward the trend line.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 170.00, 166.50, 165.00, 163.00

Resistance: 173.00, 175.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP show bullish reaction today just before it could reach the 0.8580 – 0.8600 area. The pair might resume its bullish movement to retest the 0.8700 – 0.8750 area. If the pair turn lower again then 0.8580 – 0.8600 will continue act as support level and place to look for long positions.

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580, 0.8530, 0.8500, 0.8430, 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY made a bearish fake out today and is set to close the day as bullish engulfing pattern. It seems the pair now ready to continue the upward movement to test 200.00 and attempt to breakout above it. Traders will prepare for the bullish breakout now and place stop order below the latest candlestick low.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 198.00, 195.00, 193.50, 190.00, 188.00

Resistance: 200.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF test on the 1.0800 level showed bearish reactions today. No new higher swing high printed, which mean the bearish structure intact. Traders will assume the bearish trend will continue, with 1.0609 and 1.04475 as the target. Under current situation, traders could place stop order above 1.0800 or above 1.0870.

Support: 1.0600, 1.0500

Resistance: 1.0800, 1.1000, 1.1200
