Forex Technical Cross Pairs analysis May 21, 2020

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY trend start to turn bullish as the pair climb above 117.80 resistance level. It seems the pair could extend the bullish movement toward 119.20 as long as there is no sudden bearish reversal and close below 117.80. At the current time, traders could use 117.80 as the level to look for long positions when there is a bearish correction.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 117.80, 116.30, 116.00,

Resistance: 119.20, 120.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP progressed to the upside and reach our target 0.9000. The pair might start a consolidation near the level for a while. If the pair trade lower toward 0.8920 then traders could prepare to enter long positions.

Support: 0.8920, 0.8862, 0.8750

Resistance: 0.9000

GBP/JPY

No change yet in GBP/JPY pair which currently consolidate near 132.50 – 133.00 area. The pair expected to continue its consolidation while waiting for the next direction. If bullish breakout happen then 135.00 – 136.00 is the area to watch. On the downside, it is 130.00 level that traders will watch.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 130.00, 128.20

Resistance: 132.50, 133.00, 134.50

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF rejected from the 1.1870 level and closed lower yesterday. However, the bearish reaction immediately reversed today. The pair currently moving bullishly and will test 1.1870 again. Overall, we think the pair will continue its bearish trend below previous week low.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.1700, 1.1500

Resistance: 1.1867, 1.2000
