Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | November 01, 2022

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY moving bearishly today but stay above the previous week’s low. The pair might continue the bearish movement toward the trendline and traders could use the moment to enter long positions when there are bullish reactions. Traders will continue to avoid short positions as the trend is bullish and the pair is expected to reach the 148.50 – 151.50 area.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 145.00, 140.50, 137.40

Resistance: 148.50, 151.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP bounced from the 0.8580 – 0.8600 area and print a bullish close yesterday. The pair currently maintain the position above the 0.8580 – 0.8600 area and will attempt to bounce from it. If the pair breakout and closes below the area then the bearish trend will continue. On the upside, the pair needs to close above 0.8750 to confirm a bullish reversal.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750, 0.8900, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY is slightly lower and soon will reach the 168.50 level. It could be a temporary setback before further upside in the pair. Traders will wait for the 168.50 level test and also bullish reactions to enter long positions. If the pair fails to maintain the level then the bearish movement could continue toward 164.00.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 168.50, 164.00, 161.00, 156.58, 153.50

Resistance: 170.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF showed a bearish reaction from the 1.1530 – 1.1600 resistance area. The pair attempted to move upward today but experience another bearish rejection from the area. No major bearish movement yet as the pair stays inside yesterday’s range. We might see the pair stabilize near the 1.1530 – 1.1600 area and move with strong momentum after the Fed FOMC meeting this week.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.1200, 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
