Forex Technical Cross Pairs Analysis | November 01, 2023

EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY turned upward with strong bullish momentum yesterday. The pair also printed a new higher high and close above 160.00. It seems the bullish trend will continue in the medium term. However, the pair is back under bearish pressure today before the Fed FOMC meeting. If the pair’s bearish pressure continues to mount then traders will expect bearish movement toward the 154.00 – 155.00 area.

EUR/GBP’s bullish attempt managed to reach 0.8750 yesterday. The pair immediately rejected from the resistance level and closed near the 0.8700. At the current time, the pair continues the bearish movement below 0.8700 but with limited bearish pressure. GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY launched upward with strong bullish momentum and made a bullish close yesterday. The pair might resume the bullish trend and target a new higher swing high on the chart. However, the pair is currently under bearish pressure before the Fed’s FOMC meeting. Will the pair retest the 182.45 level and bounce from it?

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 178.50, 172.00, 170.00, 168.50

Resistance: 182.45, 184.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF continues the upward movement and soon will reach the 1.1100 – 1.1200 area. The pair situation is bearish for the long-term which means a bearish reaction from the area is a confirmation to enter short positions. At the current time, traders will wait for the pair to reach the area and produce bearish reactions. On the upside, a close above 1.1120 will cancel the bearish outlook.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1100, 1.1200, 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
