EUR/JPY made neutral close yesterday as the pair trading near the 125.00 resistance level. It is a normal situation after a sharp bullish jump from below 123.30. At the current time, the pair might consolidate near the current level and waiting for the trigger to move further upside.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 123.30, 121.50, 120.30, 120.00

Resistance: 125.00, 127.00

EUR/GBP

The path of EUR/GBP is to the downside and will target the 0.8750 support level. The pair is testing September low and will look for a breakout. Traders will avoid long positions at least until there is a major bullish reaction from the support levels.

Resistance: 0.8920, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

The 140.00 resistance has been reached today and GBP/JPY might extend the bullish movement above it. No reason to take short positions yet as the pair has not made a bearish close on the daily chart. Traders will monitor the reaction near 140.00 or hold long positions with 142.50 and 145.00 as targets.

Support: 136.00, 135.00, 132.50

Resistance: 140.00, 142.50

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF set loose above 1.2000 and the trend will continue bullish for a while. We draw a trendline where the pair upward movement might get limited. Despite the trendline location, GBP/CHF might breakout and reach the 1.2300 resistance level next, followed by 1.2500.
