EUR/GBP moving upward with strong bullish momentum, erasing 3 days’ bearish movement and returning above 0.8325. The pair might attempt to extend the bullish movement to target the 0.8400 level. As mentioned before, the pair needs to close above 0.8400 and print a new higher swing high to confirm a bullish reversal. Otherwise, the pair might print a new lower swing high near 0.8400 to continue the bearish trend.

GBP/JPY
GBP/JPY stay below the 198.00 level after yesterday’s bullish attempt. The pair might stick near the level for now and trading sideways. Traders will wait for further confirmation near the level. If the pair move lower with strong bearish momentum then there is a chance of the start of a new bearish trend. On the upside, a new higher swing high will cancel the current bearish outlook.

GBP/CHF
GBP/CHF is mostly sideways inside the 1.1100 – 1.1360 area. The pair made a strong bearish movement today away from the 1.1360 level. It will continue the ranging movement inside the area and traders could use the current situation as a chance to range trading. No change to the outlook, traders better await for a close outside of the range to get confirmation on the next direction.
