EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY made a bearish close yesterday and there is a bearish continuation in today’s trading. The pair might continue moving bearishly as Japan’s newest data release weighed the country’s economy. If the pair continue trading lower then traders could wait near the Fibonacci retracement level between 158.16 – 160.48 for bullish reactions. When the pair could bounce with a strong bullish reaction, traders could enter long positions.

Support: 160.00, 155.00, 154.00, 151.50, 148.50

Resistance: 162.87, 171.00

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP turned upward again and currently testing the 0.8750 resistance level. The pair might extend the bullish movement and finally break out from the 0.8700 – 0.8750 area. Traders will monitor the pair reactions near 0.8750 for now. If the pair starts moving lower again then the consolidation between 0.8700 – 0.8750 will continue.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 0.8700, 0.8600, 0.8580, 0.8400, 0.8325

Resistance: 0.8750

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY is trading under bearish pressure today which might bring the pair down to test 182.45 – 184.00 area. Traders could wait near the area for bounce reactions. When there are bullish reactions, traders could enter long positions with a stop below the previous swing low.

Today’s Critical level to watch:

Support: 184.00, 182.45, 178.50

Resistance: 186.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF failed to break out above the yellow box area and currently trading lower. The pair might resume the bearish movement to target a new lower low. At the current time, traders who have entered short positions will hold the position with a stop above the yellow box area.

Support: 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1100, 1.1200, 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
