EUR/JPY

EUR/JPY sticks near the trendline and slowly moves upward. There is no change to the situation of the pair which is expected to target the 148.50 – 151.50 resistance area. If the pair start moving lower then 1405.0 is the level to watch for bounce reactions. As long as the pair continue printing higher high and higher low, there is no reason to enter short positions.

Today’s critical levels to watch:

Support: 145.00, 140.50, 137.40

Resistance: 148.50, 151.50

EUR/GBP

EUR/GBP looks losing more ground against the bearish pressure. However, the pair has not entirely left the 0.8700 – 0.8750 area yet. Traders will observe the pair reactions at the 0.8700 – 0.8750 area. If the bearish pressure continues to gain momentum then we will see another test on the 0.8580 – 0.8600 area.

Support: 0.8600, 0.8580

Resistance: 0.8700, 0.8750, 0.8900, 0.9000

GBP/JPY

GBP/JPY continues the upward movement and soon will reach the 168.50 resistance level. The pair needs to close above the level to confirm a bullish continuation. If the pair experience a bearish reaction then we might see a new lower high printed on the chart. A lower high on the chart will become a bearish continuation confirmation.

Today Critical level to watch:

Support: 164.00, 161.00, 156.58, 153.50

Resistance: 168.50, 170.00

GBP/CHF

GBP/CHF maintains the position above the 1.1200 level but no major bullish momentum is seen. The pair might continue trading upward and target the 1.1530 – 1.1600 area. If the pair reverse the current upward movement and close below 1.1200 with strong bearish momentum then the bearish trend will continue.

Support: 1.1200, 1.0500, 1.0000

Resistance: 1.1530, 1.1600, 1.1750
