USDX (USD Index)

U.S dollar index fell toward the 92.00 support level but managed to bounce higher. The index still waiting for a further trigger to move. If the index continues the bearish movement and breakout below 92.00 then the long-term bearish trend will continue. On the other hand, a close above 93.00 could halt the current bearish sentiment.

EUR/USD

EUR/USD made a bearish close yesterday. If we disregard the wick then we have a bearish engulfing pattern. At the current time, traders will monitor the pair movement near 1.1820. If there is a further bearish close below the previous day low then EUR/USD set to move lower again toward 1.1710.

Support: 1.1710, 1.1580, 1.1500

Resistance: 1.1820, 1.2000

GBP/USD

GBP/USD continues its bullish movement today and getting near the 1.3250 resistance level. It seems the pair could continue its bullish movement and target the level above 1.3250 next. On the upside, 1.3450 – 1.3500 will become the target. Traders will avoid short positions and wait for reaction near the 1.3250.

Support: 1.3125, 1.3050, 1.3000

Resistance: 1.3250

USD/JPY

USD/JPY made a major surprise with strong bullish close yesterday. The close surpasses 105.00 and now the pair might cancel the bearish outlook. If the pair could maintain the position above 105.00 then traders will expect further upside toward the daily SMA 200 and 106.70.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 105.00, 104.00, 101.50, 101.19

Resistance: 106.00, 106.70

AUD/USD

AUD/USD pressuring the 0.7300 – 0.7330 area yesterday but could not make a bullish close. The pair close the day as a pin bar pattern. No conclusion yet at the current time where the pair will move next. We expect the pair to stick near the 0.7300 – 07330 area for now while building more bullish pressure.

Support: 0.7160, 0.7000, 0.6820

Resistance: 0.7300, 0.7330
