USDX (USD Index)

The bearish pressure on the U.S dollar index continues and we have a bearish movement below 92.60. If there is no change to the sentiment the U.S dollar index is expected to continue lower and target 92.00. Further weakness below 92.00 will trigger the continuation of the long-term bearish trend in the index.

EUR/USD

EUR/USD climbed above 1.1820 and currently testing the previous day high. We expect the pair to continue its bullish movement and target the 1.2000 resistance level. Traders who have long positions could continue to hold the positions unless there is a lower close below 1.1710 happen.

Support: 1.1820, 1.1710, 1.1580

Resistance: 1.2000

GBP/USD

GBP/USD slightly lower after the test on 1.3250 resistance level. However, there is no bearish follow-through, and the pair currently moving up to retest the 1.3250 resistance. If a breakout happens and a close above 1.3330 secured then GBP/USD could extend its bullish movement toward the 1.3450 – 1.3500 area.

Support: 1.3125, 1.3050, 1.3000

Resistance: 1.3250, 1.3300, 1.3330

USD/JPY

USD/JPY moves lower toward the 104.00 support level. The pair soon will test the level and looking for a bearish breakout to continue its bearish trend. If the bearish trend continues then traders will expect the pair to reach 101.50 and 100.00.

On the other hand, if the pair could close above 105.00 then it might cancel the bearish outlook.

Support: 104.00, 101.50, 101.19

Resistance: 105.00, 106.00, 106.70

AUD/USD

AUD/USD made another bullish close and inside the 0.7300 – 0.7330 area. The pair currently attempting to breakout above 0.7330 to continue its bullish movement toward the 0.7450 – 0.7500 area. No conclusion yet, traders will wait for the closing level of the day to determine the next direction.

Support: 0.7160, 0.7000, 0.6820

Resistance: 0.7300, 0.7330
