USDX (USD Index)

We have a bullish breakout in the U.S dollar index. The index climb above the bearish channel and set to continue moving upward to target 94.00 and 95.00. The short-term might have changed from bearish to bullish. If the bull continues to maintain the bullish pressure and close above the channel then traders will expect a bullish continuation.

EUR/USD

EUR/USD falls below the 1.1820 support level yesterday and there is bearish follow-through today. The pair might extend its bearish movement and target the 1.1710 support level. If the support level is broken then EUR/USD is set to continue further lower and target 1.1450 – 1.1500 area.

Support: 1.1710, 1.1600, 1.1580

Resistance: 1.1820, 1.2000, 1.2070

GBP/USD

More bearish pressure was experienced by GBP/USD today after the close below 1.3250. The pair almost reach 1.3000 and currently testing the 1.3050 support level. The pair may break below 1.3000 and target the 1.2800 also daily SMA 200. Traders might want to refrain to enter long positions until the pair formed a major bullish reaction.

Support: 1.3050, 1.3000

Resistance: 1.3250, 1.3300

USD/JPY

USD/JPY continues its consolidation near the 106.70 resistance level. No clue yet on the next direction. We could see a triangle formation too on the daily chart. At the current time, the pair expected to continue trade sideways inside the range.

Today critical levels to watch:

Support: 105.00, 101.19

Resistance: 106.00, 106.70, 108.00

AUD/USD

AUD/USD could not lift itself and close above the bullish pin bar high. The pair pushed lower and will attempt to target the 0.7160 support level. Traders could use 0.7330 and 0.7300 as the level to enter short positions. If the bearish pressure continues to mount then AUD/USD might extend the bearish movement to target 0.7000.

Support: 0.7160, 0.7000

Resistance: 0.7330, 0.7450, 0.7500
