As of June 30, 2025, Gilead had $7.1 billion of cash, cash equivalents and marketable debt securities compared to $10.0 billion as of December 31, 2024. During the second quarter 2025, Gilead generated $827 million in operating cash flow, net of a final $1.3 billion transition tax payment associated with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
