Additionally, Global Payments due to the strong third quarter, and to reflect the impacts of the ACTIVE Network transaction, have increased the outlook for 2017. GPN expects full-year earnings to be in the range of $3.94 to $4.02 per share, with revenue is expected to be in the range of $3.51 billion to $3.53 billion. The company has continued to expect adjusted operating margin to increase by as much as 120 basis points.

Global Payments has declared the dividend of $0.01 per share payable December 29th, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 15th, 2017.
