Injective, a prominent L1 blockchain devoted to advancing decentralized finance (DeFi), has started a new collaboration with Canary Capital, a popular digital asset investment management platform in the United States. The partnership expedites Injective’s endeavors regarding the earliest U.S.-based exchange-traded fund (ETF) for which it has recently submitted a filing. The platform has revealed the details of this initiative in a recent social media post.

Injective Files for 1st ETF in U.S., Powered by Canary Capital
In its official statement, Injective disclosed that the collaboration with Canary Capital is focused on spearheading its efforts to launch the 1st ETF in the U.S. Canary Capital stands among the top crypto asset management firms. Its new partnership with Injective highlights a noteworthy development to enhance Injective ecosystem’s adoption among institutional investors.
At the moment, the exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are getting widespread attention among traditional investors. An ETF operates as a group of assets, including commodities, bonds, stocks, and so on. The users can trade ETFs on key brokerage platforms just like regular stocks. In this respect, these investment products deliver diversification within one trade. In addition to this, they also incur lower charges in comparison with the actively organized mutual funds apart from offering transparency and high liquidity.
Canary Capital has formerly filed some ETF applications dealing with certain digital assets, including $SOL and $XRP. Now it has also included $INJ, the native token of Injective, among the group of ETFs it intends to launch. The current filing places $INJ among the selected crypto assets that are considered viable for an exchange-traded fund to natively serve in the U.S. market.
Driving New Epoch Combining DeFi Innovation with Wall Street Capital
According to Injective, the exclusive ETF could permit investors to get seamless exposure to $INJ through existing brokerage accounts without any bridging. Apart from that, the institutional players will be able to smoothly access multi-trillion-dollar capital via this ETF, which is powered by Canary Capital. Overall, with this ETF filing, Injective’s objective is to commence a new epoch of adoption, filling the gap between Wall Street capital and DeFi innovation.
