Europe revenue, including Eagle, Jolly and LHD, was $14.5 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, an increase of $10.8 million or 292% compared to $3.7 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. LATAM revenue was $4.0 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, a decrease of $0.3 million or 7% compared to $4.3 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. Asia revenue was $3.6 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, a decrease of $0.4 million or 10.0% compared to $4.0 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.
Furthermore, gross profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was $18.7 million, an increase of $7.5 million, or 67.0%, compared to $11.2 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. Adjusted EBITDA excluding FX (2) for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 was $6.1 million, an increase of $2.7 million, or 79.4%, compared with $3.4 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. cash and cash equivalents were $17.5 million on January 31, 2025, and working capital was approximately $101.6 million.
