Cash and cash equivalents as of October 31st, 2023, were $5.66 million as compared to $4.4 million as of January 31, 2023. The increase in cash and cash equivalents was driven by $1.5 million in cash flow from operations in the third quarter of fiscal 2023 was $1 million of which was used to pay down the company’s debt. As of October 31, 2023, total debt stood just under $10 million.

MAMA in the third quarter of FY 24 has reported the adjusted earnings per share of 5 cents, beating the analysts’ estimates for the adjusted earnings per share of 4 cents, according to the Zacks Consensus Estimate. The company had reported the adjusted revenue growth of 11.5 percent to $28.65 million in the third quarter of FY 24, beating the analysts’ estimates for revenue by 9.55%.
