NinjaTrader 8 Pushes New Version That Improves AI Generate and Instrument Search

NinjaTrader stands as a specialist when it comes to market analytics, advanced charting, backtesting, and trade simulation. Quite recently, the company has announced that it had pushed out a new version of its NinjaTrader 8 platform. The version in particular stands as version 8.0.21.0

Boost In Privacy

The latest version has dolled up the quick search function, enabling traders to get instant results when they search or change instruments, without the need to open a search.

FBS The Best Forex Broker

Furthermore, a new setting has been added to the search function. The function “show account numbers and balances” can be disabled if you wish to hide these values. It’s now possible to hide the values of private accounts through unchecking the property of “show account numbers and balances.” The new addition will primarily serve as a way for users to boost their privacy, should they have the need to share their screen, or otherwise use NinjaTrader around other users.

Boosting AI Capability

Furthermore, the AI Generate feature enjoyed a sizable boost as well. The feature is now capable of allowing a third party’s single series indicator to be incorporated within the function.

The Long/Short options can now be viewed within the Accounts tab, as well. All a user needs to do, to enable this, is to right-click on their Accounts grid. From there, they can select properties, then check the Long option value, as well as the Short option value. Users are capable of picking either one or the other, pick neither, or pick both to be viewed on their Accounts tab.

New Values For Ease Of Use

Customers of the NinjaTrader Brokerage are now capable of viewing their account’s Net Liquidation, Initial, and Intraday values. They will also be capable of calculating multiple data values of their account. Things like Initial Margin, Intraday Margin, Excess Initial Margin, Excess Intraday Margin, Unrealized PnL, as well as Net Liquidation, are open for scrutiny.

The platform has further incorporated PnL currency conversion support when it comes to the Hong Kong Dollar. When users trade in instruments that include the Hong Kong Dollar currency, an example would be MHI or HSI, and the PnL will convert to the denomination of the accounts automatically.

For the previous release, NinjaTrader 8 had already added support options things like IQFeed, Kinetick, as well as Interactive Brokers. It seems that NinjaTrader is making a hard push for innovation to try and keep itself at the top of its game.
