Management Solutions revenue increased 21% to $1.2 billion for the second quarter. Paycor HCM, Inc. (“Paycor”), acquired in April 2025, contributed approximately 17% to Management Solutions revenue growth year-over-year. Professional Employer Organization (“PEO”) and Insurance Solutions revenue increased 6% to $336.9 million for the second quarter. Interest on funds held for clients increased 51% to $54.3 million for the second quarter. Operating income increased 6% to $571.9 million for the second quarter. Adjusted operating income, which excludes $77.0 million of Paycor acquisition-related costs included in selling, general and administrative expenses, grew 21% to $649.0 million for the second quarter. Operating margin (operating income as a percentage of total revenue) was 36.7% for the second quarter compared to 40.9% for the prior year period. As of November 30, 2025, the company had Cash, restricted cash, and total corporate investments of $1.6 billion, Short-term and long-term borrowings, net of debt issuance costs, of $5.0 billion and Cash flow from operations was $1.2 billion for the six months.
PAYX in the second quarter of FY26 has reported the adjusted earnings per share of 1.26$, beating the analysts’ estimates for the adjusted earnings per share of $1.23. The company had reported the adjusted revenue growth of 18 percent to $1.56 billion in the second quarter of FY26, beating the analysts’ estimates for revenue of $1.55 billion. The company’s revenue growth was driven by strong performance across its business segments, with the Paycor acquisition contributing approximately 17% to Q2 revenue growth.
Additionally, the company has demonstrated its commitment to shareholder returns, having paid $777 million in dividends and returned $287 million through share repurchases year-to-date, totaling $1.06 billion.
