For the three months ended May 31, 2025 and 2024, the company sold 40 and 20 water or water and wastewater taps for $1.7 million and $0.6 million. As of May 31, 2025, the company have sold 904 water and wastewater taps at Sky Ranch in Phases 1, 2A, 2B and 2C. The Company is well positioned with a strong balance sheet and working capital of $18.1 million as of May 31, 2025, which includes $14.4 million of cash and cash equivalents.

Meanwhile, PureCycle Technologies has secured $300 million in funding to expand its plastic recycling capacity globally. The capital raise involves investors such as Duquesne Family Office LLC and Wasserstein Debt Opportunities, aiming to achieve one billion pounds of installed capacity by 2030. Alongside the funding, PureCycle announced a partnership with IRPC Public Company Limited to build a 130-million-pound recycling facility in Thailand, with operations expected to start in mid-2027. A similar facility is planned in Antwerp, Belgium, projected to be operational in 2028. In Georgia, PureCycle is set to construct a larger “Gen 2” facility, with a capacity of over 300 million pounds per year, beginning mid-2026.
