Standard Chartered has taken an important step towards launching digital asset management services in Dubai by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). The MoU was signed by DIFC Governor Essa Kazim and Standard Chartered Group CEO Bill Winters at the Dubai Fintech Summit.
