The new ETF will concentrate on the bonds issued by company organizations, the filing clarifies. The Bitcoin investments will be funded through these bonds. Originally designed to be part of the EA Series Trust, the ETF is supposed to offer Bitcoin associated financial products. Swaps, options, derivatives, related to firms heavily involved in selling Bitcoin are also included.
The ETF’s shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), if the SEC approves the filing. The Depository Trust Company will hold the shares as well, to guarantee the safety and security of the assets.
