TD Synnex Corp (NYSE:SNX) stock rose 0.33% (As on January 9, 11:23:26 AM UTC-4, Source: Google Finance) after the company posted better than expected results for the fourth quarter of FY25. TD SYNNEX reported non-GAAP gross billings of $24.3 billion for Q4 2025, representing a 15% year-over-year increase. The company’s profitability metrics were equally impressive, with non-GAAP operating margin expanding by 20 basis points to 2.86%. TD SYNNEX delivered growth across all geographic regions, with particularly strong performance in Europe and Asia-Pacific. The Americas region, which represents the largest portion of the business, saw non-GAAP gross billings increase by 9% year-over-year to $14.1 billion, while Europe grew 21% to $8.4 billion. The Asia-Pacific and Japan region experienced the highest growth rate at 34%, reaching $1.8 billion in non-GAAP gross billings. From a technology perspective, the company reported solid growth across both its Advanced Solutions and Endpoint Solutions segments. Advanced Solutions, which includes higher-margin categories like cloud infrastructure, servers, networking, and software, saw non-GAAP gross billings increase 17% year-over-year to $14.0 billion. Endpoint Solutions, encompassing PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals, grew 12% to $10.3 billion.
Moreover, TD SYNNEX also highlighted broad-based growth across all major product categories, with software showing particularly strong performance at 23% growth year-over-year. The company’s ODM/CM category grew 39%, while PCs increased 19%, reflecting strong demand across multiple segments of the technology market. TD SYNNEX maintained a strong balance sheet with significant liquidity of $7.4 billion, including $2.4 billion in cash and $5.0 billion in available credit facilities. The company’s total debt leverage stood at 2.4x, with net debt leverage of just 1.1x, both within the company’s target range.
SNX in the fourth quarter of FY25 has reported the adjusted earnings per share of $3.83, beating the analysts’ estimates for the adjusted earnings per share of $3.73. The company had reported the adjusted revenue growth of 10 percent to $17.38 billion in the fourth quarter of FY25, beating the analysts’ estimates for revenue of $16.95 billion, according to the analysts polled by FactSet.
Additionally, TD Synnex also announced a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per common share, up 9% year on year, payable Jan. 30 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 16.
The company said it expects fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings of $3 to $3.50 per share on revenue of $15.10 billion to $15.90 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $3.21 per share on revenue of $15.47 billion.
