Importantly, this ruling is without prejudice, meaning plaintiffs or other parties can sue again on the same grounds. The proposed class will not be affected by this case’s dismissal because the Court has not certified them. Thus, the proposed class need not be informed. The Plaintiffs and their lawyers will not be rewarded for agreeing to this dismissal.
