UP Fintech Holding Limited finished its latest public offering, gathering a lot of money to help its business grow. The cash raised from selling American Depositary Shares (ADS) is meant to improve the company’s business goals and make its financial position stronger.
The online brokerage said it raised funds by offering 15 million ADSs, each equal to 15 Class A ordinary shares, with each ADS priced at $6.25. Also, the underwriters have 20 days to buy up to 2.25 million more ADSs at the same price.

Some big financial companies helped carry out the ADS offering. Deutsche Bank AG, US Tiger Securities, Inc. Hong Kong Branch, Hong Kong Securities Limited, and China International Capital Corporation worked together on this project.

The Company Provides Trade Orders, IPO Subscriptions, And Margin Loans

In August, UP Fintech shared its second-quarter financial results, ending June 30, 2024. The company announced total earnings of $87.4 million, a big rise from the last quarter and compared to last year.
For this quarter, the non-GAAP net income was $5.2 million. The total trading value hit $105.9 billion, a large increase from the same time last year. For the first half of the year, the net asset inflow was $7 billion, raising the total account balance to a new high of $38.2 billion. Commission earnings reached $34.1 million, while income from interest-related sources was $47.1 million.
UP Fintech’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Wu Tianhua, noted that in the second quarter, the firm’s business grew a lot as market conditions improved, and revenue hit a new record.
