U.S stock market to end the week on a high note

The advance of the U.S stock market led by technology sectors brought S&P 500 also Nasdaq to a new all-time high. Meanwhile, DJIA index stalled near 28,000 handles and struggling to add more gain. Yesterday, U.S unemployment claims recorded 1106k benefit claimer compared to 930k expectation.

At the current time, DJIA futures traded lower 46 points and might indicate a lower opening. Traders might expect the index to continue trading sideline until the close of weekly trading.

The Asian stock continues mostly higher today. Japan stock market up 39.68 points (+0.17%) to 22,920.30, China stock market up 16.78 points (+0.50%) to 3,380.68 and Australia ASX 200 down 8.80 points (-0.14%) to 6,111.20. The European stock market traded flat. DAX Germany up 0.02%, FTSE UK down 0.09%, Euro STOXX 600 up  0.09%

Technical Analysis

Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU)

DJIA movement mostly sidelines as the index waiting for stimulus decision. The index currently trades near 28,000 and waiting for further reaction. If the index moves lower then 27,000 will become the support level to watch. On the upside, if the index could surpass 28,000 then it might target the all-time high.

Amerisourcebergen Corp (ABC)

ABC share prices broke below $100.00 handle and the daily SMA 50. The share prices might continue lower and target the $95.00 also the daily SMA 100. If the share prices could form a bullish reaction near both levels then traders could consider entering long positions.
