Stock market stabilizes as buyers defend key support

U.S. stock markets are trading with a mild bullish bias today as buyers step in to defend key support levels following the recent pullback. While momentum is not strong, risk appetite remains supported as traders position ahead of year-end. Volatility continues to ease, and price action suggests consolidation rather than trend reversal. Overall sentiment remains constructive, with dips still viewed as buying opportunities.

Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU)

The DJIA index continues to trade within the previous day’s range, indicating consolidation after the recent advance. Momentum remains intact, and there is no clear sign of exhaustion from buyers. The index stability near current levels suggests the market is absorbing recent bearish pressure rather than reversing. As long as the index stays above the recently reclaimed support zone, further upside toward the 49,000 area is still possible. A decisive break below the range low would be the first signal to expect a deeper pullback toward the trend line and the 47,000 area.

Astera Labs, inc (ALAB)

ALAB staged a strong rebound today, pushing higher toward the descending trend line. Buying interest remains concentrated around the purple box area, which continues to act as a key accumulation zone. This area has repeatedly attracted buyers, making it an important reference for bullish reactions. Traders will closely monitor price reactions near the trend line. A breakout and daily close above it would confirm bullish continuation, while rejection could lead to further consolidation above the purple box area
