Wall Street Climbs as Traders Digest Fed Minutes

U.S. equities are trading higher as investors digest the latest FOMC meeting minutes. The Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq remain in positive territory, with technology stocks continuing to provide leadership. The minutes showed policymakers maintaining a cautious, data-dependent stance, reinforcing expectations that rate cuts are not imminent. While there were no major surprises, the tone suggests the Fed is still focused on inflation risks, limiting aggressive easing bets.

Market reaction has been measured rather than explosive, indicating that the release did not materially shift rate expectations. The U.S. dollar remains firm, while gold holds elevated levels as investors balance policy signals with ongoing geopolitical concerns. Overall, sentiment is constructive but not fully risk-on. The market is stabilizing rather than breaking out, with direction still dependent on incoming economic data and rate expectations.

Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU)

FBS The Best Forex Broker

DJIA index is forming base after the bearish pressure and looks consolidating for now. There is no bullish continuation yet, but the overall structure stays bullish. If the index immediately continues the upward movement, then the 50,000 and 50,695 are the levels to watch as resistance level. Above both level, 52,046 could become the long-term target. On the lower side, the latest swing low at 48,459 is the support level for short-term bullish trend invalidation.

3M Company (MMM)

MMM appears vulnerable to further downside. Price may consolidate near the EMA 100 before attempting a move toward $160.00, with the EMA 200 acting as the next dynamic support level. There is also a potential broadening formation developing. If downside momentum accelerates, a new low near $145.00 could become a realistic medium-term target. However, the price might also stop near the current level and bounce upward. Traders could plan long positions near the current level, EMA 200 and $145.00 level.
