Cautious market before the Fed interest-rate decision

The stock market set to open lower as traders and investors awaiting the Fed interest-rate decision this week. Rate-cut is expected but the market will observe whether the Fed will hint for further rate-hike or not. Aside from the Fed rate decision, this week the U.S and Chine resuming the trade talk. Both events should create volatility in the market.

Asian & European Stock market

Asian stock traded mostly lower. Japan’s Nikkei down 41.35 points (-0.19%) to 21,616.80, China stock market down 3.53 (-0.12%) to 2,941.01, and Australia ASX 200 up 32.40 points (+0.48%) to 6,825.80. European stock market mixed. DAX Germany down 0.07%, UK FTSE up 1.36%, Euro STOXX600 up 0.14%.

Technical Analysis

DJIA traded sideline as expected before the Fed FOMC meeting this week. The index might continue sideways until the result of the meeting announced. At the current time, traders will continue waiting for a clue on DJIA next direction. More dovish fed will help DJIA continue further upside. Meanwhile, hawkish fed will drive the index lower below 27,000.

Crocs Inc Com (CROX)

CROX dropped below its daily SMA 200 previously and extend its bearish movement. The share prices fell to as low as $17.66 before turned upside. It is currently traded back to the daily SMA 200. Will the share prices breakout above the averages and continue its bullish movement? Alternatively, will it get rejected and resume its bearish trend?
