Technical Analysis
Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU)
The index bounced from the daily SMA 100 in the previous day and closed above its opening level. It seems the triangle pattern on the chart is valid and will become the area of movement for Dow Jones Industrial Averages. Traders will observe
Dollar Tree Inc (DLTR)
DLTR under heavy selling pressure after the company reported miss in earnings result and provide a gloomy outlook. The gap down in share prices brought DLTR near the daily SMA 200 and could become an opportunity for traders who look for a long-term position. Traders need a strong reversal candle before entering a position.
FedEx Corporation (FDX)
FDX is another stock to watch as the share prices move inside triangle consolidation. It is also supported by the daily SMA 100. Long position from the level near $230.00 is the choice to take. A short position could be taken from the top of the triangle. Meanwhile, traders will wait for a breakout of the triangle.
