U.S stock futures lower as bank worry weigh
The stock market situation looks bearish for now as government shutdown entered third week and the regional bank situation not good. Bad loans practiced are being highlighted, and it might be the initial problem identified. As the market has no new update regarding economic data, it seems the bearish sentiment could continue for a while. Nevertheless, traders will continue to use the bearish correction in the stock market as a chance to enter at a lower level.
Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU)
DJIA index closed lower yesterday and open the chance for deeper bearish correction to target trend line and 45,000. As the bearish movement gaining momentum, it seems the downward movement might happen for several days up until the FOMC meeting. Traders could use the current bearish correction in the stock market as a chance to add long positions at a lower level.
Hasbro, Inc (HAS)
HAS share prices might have formed a shoulder-head-shoulder pattern and broken below it. At the current time, the share prices is trading upward to test the broken neckline, where traders could use it as a chance to enter short positions. Based on the pattern, we could say the daily SMA 200 is the level to watch as target or around $67.50. If the price raise above the right shoulder, then the pattern invalidated.
