Trading technology provider oneZero Financial Systems said that it has bought Autochartist, a company known for creating automated financial content. This deal brings together two major companies in trading technology. The company is known for trade execution and risk management, while Autochartist provides market data and content.
The acquired company will continue offering its services while also joining oneZero’s system. The company will add its cloud-based analytics tools to oneZero’s platform. This move will help the firm provide even better services to its clients.
oneZero’s CEO Sees This As A Big Step Forward
Andrew Ralich, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of oneZero, stated that this deal is a huge achievement for the company. He said it shows their strong commitment to creating advanced technology solutions. According to him, this will help their clients and strengthen customer loyalty.
The acquisition happened three months after oneZero received an investment from Golden Gate Capital. The company noted that this deal would help improve its data analytics and customer engagement services.
The Companies Handle Large Trading Volumes Daily
oneZero’s platform processes more than $250 billion in trades every day. It also handles 12 million transactions and 150 billion price quotes daily. The platform supports many types of assets, including currencies and commodities.
Dan Haspel, a Managing Director at Golden Gate Capital, said that oneZero’s success proves its strong technology and business growth. He added that the company is always working on new ways to help its clients perform better in the market.
By joining oneZero, Autochartist will use its experience in automated content to provide trading updates through email, messaging, social media, and websites. The update revealed that this will help oneZero’s clients receive market insights in a more personalised way.
Autochartist’s founder, Ilan Azbel, said this is an exciting time for the company. He noted that clients will still get the same services they trust, but now with extra benefits from oneZero’s strong technology and customer support.
The acquisition will also help oneZero grow in different parts of the world. The company stated that it is expanding its operations to Africa, adding to its presence in Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. However, the financial details of the deal were not shared.
oneZero was founded in 2009 by Andrew Ralich. It is a financial technology company that provides trading infrastructure, data solutions, and risk management tools for brokers, banks, and liquidity providers. The company focuses on delivering low-latency trading technology and robust analytics to enhance financial market operations.
